You are such a wonderful help to your mom and dad and very giving of your time and energy, which is such a rare and admirable trait in someone so young. I truly applaud you for it! Think about this and make sure you carve out some time in the day for it :) I love you!!

Dear Max, don’t hate me for this. Lol BUT your parents work so hard for you guys and they would be SO happy and impressed if you got up from the dinner table one night and washed the pots and pans, wiped down the counters, and loaded the dishwasher with everyone’s plates and silverware. It can be so satisfying for you to know you contributed to a clean house! Trust me - you’ll feel good when you spread kindness! :)

Hi Teddy! Aunt T here - I know you are kind and helpful at home, but maybe someone at school on the playground is feeling lonely! If you see someone who might be looking a little lonely or left out at lunch or recess, ask them to join in and talk about the things you love to do! Maybe they like the same shows or also have younger siblings! It would make their day and make you feel so good inside knowing you made someone happy :)

Ollie! This is your chance to surprise your mom and tata and help with something around the house…maybe if your little sister makes a mess by accident, you can clean it up without anyone asking! After all, families take care of eachother! They would be so impressed!
